First Contact Health Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is The List Limited (the Company'), a company registered in Guernsey, no. 61122.
2. The competition is open to residents of the Bailiwick of Guernsey aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Route to entry for the campaign and details of how to enter will be available on the Company’s website and social media channels.
6. Closing date for entry will be Tuesday 15 September at 8.00pm.
7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
8. Entry to the competition is secured by following the instructions on the Company's Instagram official account.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the campaign will be notified as soon as possible by the promoter via the Company’s website and social media channels.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party connected with this campaign.
11. The prize comprises two Elite Preventative Health Check packages from First Contact Health.
12. We will randomly select two individual winners.
13. Full details of the tests included in the Preventative Health Check screening package, and details of how the results are provided, can be found on the First Contact Health website.
14. The winners are responsible for booking their Elite Preventative Health Check packages directly with First Contact Health, Weighbridge House, Lower Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WL.
15. The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
16. The prize is subject to availability and First Contact Health reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
17. The winners will be chosen at random.
18. The winners will be notified by email shortly after the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
19. Details of the winners' names will be shared on the Company’s website and social media channels, and the entrant hereby gives their consent to said use.
20. The promoter will notify the winners when and how the prize can be delivered / is collected.
21. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Guernsey law.
23. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.
