Hopefully you are feeling lighter after a couple of weeks of shedding and releasing. As uncomfortable as it may have felt, it makes space for you to start getting excited moving forwards. The world can feel like it is moving quick at the moment, time may also feel like it is moving fast so this New Moon is an invitation to ground yourself into the now.
We can put a lot of energy into thinking about the future, so much so that we miss what is happening in the present - and our present moment is what influences the future.
Ask yourself how can you be more present and grounded, are there any micro changes that you make now that can make a positive influence in your life going forward?
Take some time for yourself, with a journal (and maybe a cacao) and sit with the questions above. My favourite place to do this is one of our beautiful South Coast beaches. When you are there it can feel like time stops, allowing you to really be in that moment.
